If for any reason you need to return garments these should be returned to: Total Promotions, No 9 Botolph Trading Estate, Oundle Road, Peterborough, PE2 9QP.
During busy periods please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange. Please ensure that full details of the garment exchange are detailed on the returns form.
Postage for returns for incorrect sizing will be payable by the purchaser. In the event of a faulty garment please contact us in the first instance.
ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 28 DAYS.
UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE GARMENTS PERSONALISED WITH YOUR LOGO UNLESS THEY ARE FAULTY.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We would advise to return your items securely, ideally using a 'signed for' service as we cannot be held responsible for the fate of any goods held in transit. If you do not have a proof of delivery we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.
